My experience with Level One has been excellent. Camille did a great job in communicating with me. She gave me a window of 5 to 7 days for expect picked up. She explained that it could be as quick as day available or as much as seven days for the car to be picked up. She provided me with the name of the carrier in plenty enough time for me to do my research on the trucking company. The car was picked up the day it was made available and was delivered four days later. This was above my expectations. The trucking company they choose "Global Car Carrier Inc." out of Cypress Texas did a wonderful job and took great care with transporting the car. The driver did an outstanding job of reviewing the car and making special notes to any and all little scratches from pick up. Most of them so small I would have never seen them. The over all satisfaction of my service from start to finish was excellent.
