After working with another broker in FL without result, I contacted Lepke through a click thru in Google Search. Tobias explained to me why in his opinion the FL broker was unable to arrange transport. Basically the bid we were offering was too low. Tobias wanted me to sign a contract, but in reality a contract with a broker is worthless unless the broker in fact has a driver willing and able to transport the vehicle. Tobias agreed to work on finding a driver without an order from me, and upon securing one the following day, I signed a contract for $750, which was $125 more than the FL broker quoted. Everything from there went smoothly, and the car was picked up and delivered the following week. I would definitely recommend Lepke to anybody working through a broker to arrange transport.
