Would definitely recommend Lepke Auto Transport!

I was moving from Richmond, VA to the Los Angeles area and decided to contact Lepke Auto Transport after researching companies online. It was my first time shipping a car across the country, but was really pleased with my experience with this company.

I made arrangements about a week in advance, and Mr. Lepke gave me a quote that was $125 less than another company that I spoke to, and he also was honest, saying that he could probably have my car picked up on the date I wanted, but it could be picked up the day after (a big draw about this company was that the latest a car would be picked up is 2 days after the requested date, and I had read about many companies where a car was not picked up until a week later). My credit card information was not requested until a driver was scheduled, and a deposit was not charged until my car was picked up.

Mr. Lepke was extremely professional, and if I had questions or concerns, he would respond back within the hour; I was never on hold with a customer service line playing Muzak for 20 minutes and it was always Mr. Lepke who would respond. I also had special circumstances since my car would be picked up after I had already left town, but it was very easy to arrange to have my car picked up (in Richmond) at a friend's house, and the driver kept in contact with my friend and kept her aware of his transit time; even my friend commented on his professionalism. My car was picked up a day after my arranged date and was delivered to my home in Los Angeles about a week later, and I did not have to go elsewhere to pick up my car.

There was no damage to the car, and I was allowed to put 100 lbs of my things (clothes, shoes, some housewares) in the trunk.

If I ever moved across the country or knew of friends or family who needed to use an auto transport company, I would direct them to Lepke Auto Transport.
