I was in Florida to see my dying grandmother. During my visit, she passed away. She wanted me to take her car home to California. With all of the family's attention needed elsewhere, I had to find a way. Jim won me over in our first conversation. I received 3 calls from other companies before him and I will say that they did have a very slightly lower price, but none convinced me. The second that Jim called me, I decided he was the one. He only started his company within the past month and is doing an exceptionally amazing job! Jim and Lane by Lane made a very difficult time so much easier. It was a huge relief to not even worry about leaving my vehicle in his hands. Jim would answer or return phone calls immediately and was always there to help if I had any questions.

I would recommend Lane by Lane to anyone shipping their car in the US.
Customer service should always be first priority, as it was with Jim Lane.
