I cannot say enough about my excellent Customer experience. Pavel picked up my vehicle in CT and delivered it to FL, two days early from the estimated arrival date. He was a true professional and a pleasure to deal with!!! Pavel was thorough in his car inspection, efficient and experienced in the loading and unloading process, and spot on with his estimates and timing updates. This was the first time I shipped a car and Pavel made it very easy and pleasant. In an age when dedication, accountability and customer service is severely lacking, Pavel was a very welcome blessing!! I would highly recommend him to family and friends.
