First of all, I have 18 years of customer service experience in a Fortune 5 company, and I cannot say enough good about the service I received from Koban Logistics. Teddy called me almost immediately after I posted my request for a quote. I've never done anything like this before, and Teddy was very knowledgeable, polite and took the time to help me overcome any fears of shipping my vehicle. This was great, but on top of that he beat the competition by $95! They picked up my car when they said they would - on a Sunday! We received multiple updates as the car progressed it's way into VA. I can't say enough about the driver who transported the vehicle too. My experience with Koban has just been exceptional. Teddy really knows the meaning of customer service. He got to the point where he recognized my phone number coming in, called me by my name, and even apologized for having to make me hold for a little bit. You are dealing with mechanical vehicles, weather and people needing rest so I'm sure there can be delays at times, but my experience with Koban Logistics and their team was second to none. I highly recommend them and would use them again! Thanks Koban, Teddy and team!
