My car was delivered without any damage or items missing, and Budd and Judy stayed in contact to provide me their status during the whole pickup and delivery stages.

While the pickup date was a couple days behind the original planned date (they did notify me on the date change ahead of time), they were able to deliver my car on-time. Since my destination was in Seattle, which happened to be near where they're based at, they were able to deliver the car right to me at the airport shortly after I arrived (I originally had planned to have it delivered to me at the hotel, but they were generous enough to go through traffic to drop off my car at the airport), saving me the cost of renting a car and able to get going right away.

Budd and Judy are pretty down to earth people who are pretty professional, and do handle the cars, exotic or not, with great care, so it's a thumbs up for me and I would also recommend them to others that need enclosed shipping.
