I only had a week to get my car transported from NJ to CA. Knickerbocker Auto Transport delivered! I was quite stressed that I was running out of time for my car to arrive on time. But it was such a pleasure to work with Eric Sailer (646-722-9905) who was calm and confident. When I first contacted Eric, he told me he'd make a few calls and get back to me with a quote right away. And that's exactly what he did.
It took me a few days to get back to him, but once I did - that very SAME day he had someone pick up my car. His dispatcher, EK, was also so nice! She did me a HUGE favor by sending two people to my NJ home - one to drive the truck and another guy that he could drop off to pick up the car so that I didn't have to trouble my friends to drive the car to a certain location where the truck could fit and get loaded on. They really think ahead!
They gave me the names of the people who would be handling my car if I needed to check on the status. An e-mail was sent to me by Eric to let me know when the car was picked up. Then halfway through the delivery period, Shana (not sure of spelling) called me to confirm the date of arrival and the block of time when to expect it. EVERYONE I spoke to was so pleasant from beginning to end, quite professional, and any questions that I had were answered right away.
They took photos of the car from all angles during pickup to protect themselves in case of any potential disputes of previous unknown damage. When I asked for the photos, they were so prompt to e-mail the pictures over, also. My car was delivered with no problems.
I was so impressed with the amount of professionalism, service, and promptnesss! I would definitely HIGHLY recommend Knickbocker Auto Transport to others who need to ship their car. They are a company you can trust and someone who can deliver; they keep you informed, and put you at ease all the way without any headaches!
