King of the Road is the best auto transport company out there. We had a horrific experience with Jim Powers and Best Direst Shipping and Claire came to our rescue. She was monitoring on job on the board only to update us on the lack of movement on our job...something Jim Powers wouldn't disclose to us. After realizing that Jim Powers and Best Direct were scam artists and we were never gone to hear from them to get our SUV shipped, we reached out to Claire Griffiths. She immediately got a driver for our car and we had it within 7 days of engaging King of the Road. Thank you Claire for your honesty, integrity and awesome customer service. You were a breath of fresh air after Jim Powers took us for a ride!!
