Was followed up promptly and car carrier arrived on time. Good communication. Car ended up going enclosed even though I didn't request that. Car arrived a day early which caused a problem as I wasn't in town. Solved it by dropping the car at the airport and I picked it up the next morning with keys hidden. Worked out great.
