This company explained everything that was going to happen with our 2005 Toyota Prius from start to finish in a very Professional manner. I felt comfortable that the car would be safe and secure with this transport company and that it would arrive on time and that I would be informed along the way. I was called by the driver of the transport when the car was loaded and contacted when he was going to be delivering the Prius. In fact he was four minutes early. Totally satisfied with the service and I would recommend the Company to others.
