This was a good experience. Alex Torrez, King of the Road, was a great customer service representative. She worked with me from the beginning to the end. She called me to confirm the pick-up, the delivery and followed-up with me after the delivery was made to make sure there were no problems with the delivery. The company provided a military discount. The actual carrier picked up our vehicle early and delivered it early. As promised, the driver contacted everyone in a timely fashion. The only setback with the pick-up and delivery was that the driver arrived to pickup the vehicle around 9:00pm. This was a little inconvenient and made it difficult to properly inspect the vehicle with the driver. Three days later, the delivery was made around 3:00pm. I would definitely use King of the Road again on future shipments and I would recommend them to a friend or business.
