Julia was very courteous and informative about the shipping process which I appreciated since this was my first time shipping a vehicle. She walked me through the process and answered all of my questions. Carla was the primary contact once a shipper was selected and was just as informative and courteous. Cara keep me informed as to the progress of the shipper and the expected delivery date. I was very satisfied with the service and professionalism shown by these ladies.
