After reading all the negative reviews on transportreviews.com from customers of some of their competitors (some with A+ BBB ratings), I was apprehensive about what to expect, and after talking to a couple of their competitors I was about ready to rent a U Haul at twice the price and go get the car myself. I was impressed that KR only had one negative comment on Transport Reviews, so I called and booked their service.
Martin and Jeff delivered as promised with no surprises or disappointments. If I need such service again, I'll call them first.
