We had a salvage P/U that we needed hauled within Kentucky. Both origin and destination have interstates nearby, but no one wants to come that way. I agreed in the beginning to give it a little extra time to find a driver and within the time frame a driver was found. We called KOTR when it was time to have the truck delivered and within ten minutes the truck driver called us back and he was only 100 miles from the house!
The truck was delivered on a rollback and the driver brought the truck straight to the house and unloaded it in the driveway! It was GREAT! All of this occurred during a huge winter storm that went from OK to DC, so the service was unbelievably good. Customer service at KOTR is great. They get back to you right away and I mean right away! They stuck with the original estimate, giving up some of their fee to get my truck moved...how many companies would do that?
I would recommend them to anyone!
