Mary was very helpful and was able to arrange a pickup on the day I requested, the vehicle was delivered in a timely fashion and deposited at a holding yard which did not charge for another day of storage (our arrival was delayed). Outside of oil drips on the car from one transported above it on the carrier and the car being extremely dirty (like the carrier travelled down gravel roads), I am more than satisfied with the timeliness and helpfulness of all involved with this move.
