I would like to thank both Mary, the broker, and Misha, the transporter, for their superb customer service. I was extremely nervous about shipping a car, especially doing it over the internet, and the phone. After 2 other companies contacted me, I was a wreck, but then Mary, from King of the Road Transport called and I was quickly put at ease. She was the reason we went with King of the Road Transport due to her great customer service. She answered all my questions, even said if we went with another company we could call her if we had any problems or questions. My father is an older man and very suspicious about things like this, but he really liked Misha, the transporter, and just couldn't say enough good things about him. My husband felt the same when Misha dropped off the car. I just can't say enough good things about King of the Road Transport. If you are having a car shipped do yourself a favor and go with King of the Road!
