This was the first time I've ever shipped my car. I was very nervous about sending my "baby" cross country from Missouri to Alaska but with the help of Mary at KOTR, who is EXCELLENT, she knew exactly what she was doing and what to say to ease my mind. When first researching different companies I was bombarded with emailed quotes I'd received regarding my initial request. Mary was one of the 3 that took the time to CALL me as well as send me a quote via email!!! The other 2 reps I'd spoken to were either emotionally cold and/or I couldn't understand a word they were saying!!! Mary truly catered to my needs as I told her my concerns and the total fact that I'm a worry-wart. Mary called at least 4-5 times before the travel date telling me the details of my transport and how to prep my car. She also let me know that I was going to be saving $100 off my total transport cost, how I do not know - she's just that good. The travel time took a little longer than what was originally estimated, (2 days which they notified me thru both email AND phone calls each time to let me know what was happening), but with the crapy weather that AK was having I'm glad they took their time with my precious cargo. Both of the carriers Mary chose for my trek were very polite and accommodating to my requests, (to have things shipped in my car) and I couldn't be happier with the excellent service AND customer service I received from KOTR. In the next year or so I will be moving again and will definitely be using KOTR! Thank you SO much Mary you absolutely made my move delightful!
