Great Service and Reasonable Price!

It was an unexpected move, and I had to have my vehicle transported ASAP. I went online and contacted quite a few auto transporters, but they seemed nonchalant, and prices were much too high or ridiculously low. They were not personable, and I felt like I was in a cattle line. I contacted King Roadways and the agent was knowledgeable, patient, concerned and what was most surprising was, this person actually educated me about the process. None of the other companies took the time to do this. He explained to me why I did not want to go with the lowest price, because I would not get my vehicle when they said I would, because the truckers would put my order at the bottom of their list, and then they would raise the price at the last minute. I did not know that all the brokers are working under the same umbrella, unless they have their own trucks, that is. I appreciate someone educating me to what I am investing in and entrusting my vehicle to.I WILL use King Roadways again, and I have shared my positive experience with my family, friends and colleagues.
