I booked with Khalif company to transport my car from CA to GA. Someone texted and called me at (929)-415-8231. They quoted $750 for one car and asked me to pay a deposit of $150 (and then I booked another car, making a total of 2 cars) and I had to pay a total deposit of $300. I told him to give me the driver's information for easy contact, but he said to trust him, the driver's information will be provided later. I made the reservation one month in advance, but on the scheduled date, Sunday 7/8/2023, there was still no car. I had to wait until the next day and he quoted a higher price of $1025, and someone came to pick up the car within 2 hours. So I had no choice but to agree to that price, and when the driver arrived, I had to pay an additional $100. I am very disappointed in this company. They initially quoted one price and then raised it. They didn't keep their promise about the timing and engaged in deceptive practices with customers. If anyone needs to find a car transport service, please avoid this company. They are dishonest with customers and I will never work with this company again. Style
