- - trucking was great. the owner's were very nice on the phone and the driver also was very nice. I called your company on wed morning, by wed night 5pm, a trucking company was assertained. after our phone call, i called cook trucking, the jetskis would be picked up thursday and i should have it on sat (no real set time). the driver picked up the jet skis on thursday as planned but informed me he could not pick up his last car till friday morning and then should drop them off late sat and or early sunday. the driver and i spoke twice on friday and twice on sat (did not want to wait around at home all day), the skis were delivered 4;30 pm sat. there were no hitches or even hipcups ie. very easy. the driver was great, every phone calli made was answered instantly and the drivwer also called me several times to let me know were he was at all times. your service was overall very wonderful. kepp up the good work. transportation is not an easy job and there are many factors invovloved, including very difficult customers. no one should be afraid of your service, it was greattttt....
