I odered my pick up on Good Friday, and my 335i was picked up the following Monday and dropped off at my house that Tuesday. The car arrived in the same shape it left the dealership and there were no hidden fees. The hauler called me when he picked up the car and we set up the time to have it delivered. Very hassle-free process. Would definatley use Kensington again.
