Follow-up Customer service

I recently gave this guy a good rating, but when he would not help with the company "Mobile Transport" find the 2nd key, I rate his customer service as non-existent. I have tried to call the company, but they are not answering and their mailbox is empty, so Alexander's recommendation to use them was not very jugdial..

I did receive a phone call from Mr. Oboyle about a 2nd set of keys missing for his vehicle. He asked me to check it out with the carrier and I did follow up with the carrier and they said they would take care of it. I never received another phone call from Mr. oboyle about the keys so i assumed that it e=was taken care of. i just found out about this from the review that was just placed. I always follow up on any customers complaint. i will call the carrier again and take care of this situation. Everything else went well as far as his transportation of his vehicle according to his first review. I will do a follow up immediately to remedy this situation. I believe he has been unfair with his rating of my services for a set of keys. I did a very good job for him and i always do an excellent job of customer service for my customers as my ratings speak for themselves. I will take care of this situation now that I am aware.
