I had a Plymouth minivan that I wanted moved to Dallas county. I originally contacted Kensington in early October after theirs was the most reasonable quote. I was under a tight schedule and was not able to make the move at that time (I was under the impression that I could take the vehicle to a depot and leave it to be moved when an opening occurred). After I was able to arrange a schedule where I was available to send the van and my son-in-law would receive it(after Thanksgiving), I contacted Kensington again. They contacted carriers to see if something was available for my time frame. I was contacted by Kensington saying that they had a carrier available for 30 dollars more than the 495 quote and I agreed. I was able to contact Mr. Shelton of Shelton Trucking and arrange for pick-up. Communication was excellent. We met at the agreed time and he loaded the van and told me when he would meet my son-in-law for delivery. He arrived as scheduled and the transfer to my son-in-law was made smoothly before he started work. J.C and Alexander were a pleasure to work with and did all that they could to make sure tat I was a satisfied customer.
