I made a reservation and paid the deposit. However due to change of plans I had to cancel the trip. At that time, JC actually followed up with me to get the address where they could send the refund of the money that I paid earlier. This kind of integrity is almost unheard of these days, and I appreciate it.
Therefore when I had to really ship my car I made it a point to request Kensington for the service without even checking competitive rates from other truckers. They offered to transport at the same quoted rate that they gave earlier even though fuel prices had gone up. Further, I requested that the car be picked up in the morning as I was also leaving town the same day. I am thankful that the representative called me twice during that week to finalize a convenient time and was there promptly at the time promised. Needless to say, the car was delivered at the right time, in excellent condition. Not only will I use their services in the future but I have no hesitation to appreciate and recommend their services.
