We used Kensington Auto Transport to relocate our daughter's car from MA to CA. This was our first time ever using a transport service and I was very, very nervous. I had done a lot of research before hand and read so many reviews on different companies so I felt pretty confident about what questions to ask and what to double check on. Alexander was very helpful and walked me through the process. Never condescending and quite thorough.

Kensington Auto Transport was not the most expensive nor was it the least expensive but I just simply felt comfortable after speaking with Alexander. In the end, I narrowed it to Kensington Auto Transport and another company that was similarly priced and had about the same reviews. The other transporter was a bit iffy when it came to guaranteeing that when we got off the plane in CA the car would be there. Alexander worked with me to back up the date and we added a couple of days on for the "just in case".

In the end, the car was delivered door-to-door in 7 days. Because it was 4 days early on the CA side, the driver was awesome and gave us a day for our person on that end to arrange to meet him. Everything worked out great and I would use them again.
