Time was worth the wait

We called Kaye and set up a pick up for our car. One driver had problems with his truck and cancelled. Then another driver asked for the pick up and at the last minute said he didn't have enough room on his load. Kaye then decided to wave her fee and we paid the full amount of the shipping. Kaye was in contact with us through everything and very honest. We finally got the car from a towing company and they were so nice and kept in contact with us the whole shipping process. Kaye's professionalism and the towing companys' professionalism were well worth the wait on receiveing my car. They did a fantastic job.
