My dealings with this company, have led me to believe that they need someone with more compitence working in their office!
They even emailed me and said that maybe I should contact someone else about getting the job done.
I'm in the middle of moving and don't have the time for any "maybes" or "we're teying to find a driver". They didn't have any problem taking my deposit when I sent it.
When i tried calling to find out about the transport, all I got was an answering machine, but when I called again and said that I wanted my deposit back and told them that I would contact PayPal, suddenly I got a response via email that my deposit has been refunded, and they claim that they never said they couldn't pick my vehicle up.
Yeah! that's great, but they also didn't say they could pick it up by the time I needed them to!
I guess they don't understand that people have schedules to keep!
It was an absolute disaster trying to deal with KAPA Transport.
NEVER AGAIN!

You did not return your contract until 7/2/07 and then on 7/3/07 I received an email from you telling me that the movers were arriving on 7/5/07. I responded letting you know that on that date 7/3/07 we did not have a driver in the area and that if you could find someone else to pick it up before we could to let us know. I continued to work on a pick up for your vehicle. Later this same day I received a message on my desk from you stating that you would like a refund. I refunded your money and canceled this transport. Now on 7/4/07 you leave us a bad review. You only gave us 1 day and expected us to be able to accommodate your schedule. You sent your deposit via pay pal so we did not have a choice but to accept it. The only message I received from you was to refund your deposit, and I did. We do understand that people have schedules to meet as we deal with schedules of our own all the time. We do not guarantee an exact pick up date unless the customer specifies that this is needed in advance and then we put it on expedited service. I do believe that you have not given us a fair chance to work with you on this. I do apologize for the inconvenience however 1 day to pick up your car is not a fair notice when this was not disclosed to us upfront.
