I was contact by k & r form an online inquiry i did. Which im sure everyone that does this goes through the same process. After getting bombard with calls i came across tony form k & r. His tactic was pretty unique. I research online companies for a living so this why i mention this. He went on to explain the full details of that transport like everyone else, and simply explained that everyone in this industry uses pretty much each other to get these transports done. He explained the industry standard software usage and how it all works. I then asked about his " stunning reviews"? He stated verbatim " we are brokers, and for some routes have contracted drivers that we dont use central dispatch for." We then conversed about my route and i asked well if this is a contracted route can i have a reference to call. Without hesitation he provided me a recent reference that they had just moved. I proceeded to contact the reference after our phone call and was pretty impressed at the great things that had to say about k & R service. A day later i contacted tony to execute my transport. I was a little scared at first as every once in my body told me not to proceed but because of the rate and the customers service i was provided i ended up choosing k & r. Im happy i did as my vehicle was picked up by the open carrier i requested. I was very happy with the driver brian that was assigned to me as he was very thorough about his process for shipment of his vehicles. I was completely at ease once the driver mounted my vehicle on his trailer. K & R came through for me even-though i was concerned. Im in the real estate referral business and i will def be using and referring some of my clients to k & R in the future. Make sure that you make these guys understand the importance of you move as i've noticed from other reviews they tend to slack a bit but for the most part are a good company.
