Smith Phillip from K&C Autotransport Inc gave me a quote to ship a car from Saint Louis, MO to Westminster, CA for $1135. I made a deposit in Zelle $300. Cash on delivery was $835. It was on the contract and the invoice he sent it to me. However, a day before I picked up the car, someone from K&C told me I had to pay the driver $1100 which that was not correct in the contract. They promised to refund me back and threat me if I don't pay $1100 to the driver, the driver will charge extra for storage. After I paid the $1100 to the driver and then I tried to contact K&C Autotransport to get the refund. They never replied back. I tried to contact them both in text and email. Instead of fixing their problem, they tried to thread me and promise a refund which they never did. They ignored my text and email. Be aware of this business.
