Mr.Mehrl we are sorry to hear you feel this way , but lets start off with the simple fact you breached the contract the moment you got caught double booking and when you got caught you had no choice but to call the other company and have them cancel the booking .The funny part that you forgot to mention was the Driver we had assigned to you was the same driver they had for you ,you know what the price was gonna be because before he got assigned you were in contact with him.refunding the deposit is not possible sir due to the fact that would mean we would work for free and i think you know thats not gonna happen.Maybe next time you will not double book Mr.Mehrl
