This was my first time having a car transported and I must say KVB made things simple and easy. I needed to have my vehicle transported from California to Lansing, IL. Brad was a joy to work with and the amount quoted stayed the same. I did my research and I decided to go with KVB based on other reviews and experiences. Alex, the driver, called hours before picking up the vehicle. He was professional and informative and was able to pick up my vehicle without any issues. The delivery of the vehicle was completed 5 days later and was seamless as well. Alex called the night before delivery and a few hours before delivery. Thanks for making my first car transport experience a good one. I will use again if needed in the future.
