Kevin and Brad did a great job getting our truck back from Connecticut after a catastrophic failure and subsequent bad run in with a dealership. Since neither myself nor my step father had experience with shipping a vehicle we required a LOT of time to become familiar with the process and costs involved. Kevin took extra time to make sure we understood how things worked and ensured that we were comfortable and happy with how things would turn out. Even after a less scrupulous company tried to take the job from KVB and I had to spend a good portion of my day figuring out what happened, Kevin stepped in, talked me down and made sure that things were moving along correctly and smoothly. You can bet if I ever have to move a vehicle again I will be calling KVB.
