Jody worked really hard to make sure my vehicle found transport. The time of my initial contact with Jody to the actual pick up date was close to 3 weeks which was due to the route being taken from Las Vegas to Northern VA. After the first week passed I continued to contact Jody and he either answered the call or returned my calls/texts/emails in a timely manner. He explained to me why the booking was taking so long and kept me updated in all his progess on securing my transport. Although there was a rate increase from what was originally quoted all of the funds were delivered to the driver/shipping company due to the limited shippers en route to my area from vegas.

I must say that the time to secure a transport did take a bit longer than I expected but the service and communication I recieved did not make me feel as if it was due to lack of effort on Jody's part and this is really the key. The constant comminication is why I am ranking this experience so high.

It is easy to give great ratings on quick smooth service but I beleive the harder earned ones are more substancial. The overall experience was more than I expected in service and in the end my car was delivered in a timely manner and in excellent condition.
