I needed to have my car shipped from NY to Ohio to have some work done to it. The place I was sending it referred me to Jody at Velocity Auto Transport to have my car safely transported. From the first time I spoke to Jody on the phone I received nothing but exceptional customer service. He was able to have my car shipped in an enclosed carrier so I wouldn not have to worry about it. He was accurate with the time my car would be picked up and when it would arrive. When my car arrived in Ohio I received a phone call to let me know they had just dropped it off and that it was in good hands. I couldnt have asked for anything else from my experience with Velocity Auto Transport.
