KRM stands behind promise

Jody will take care of his customer....delivers on his promises. We went online looking for auto transporters, we got several emails; but Judy (KRM Auto Transport) was the firs to call us. After we looked at several of the email quotes we thought KRM was the best, plus Jody's coversation with my husband sealed the deal. Jody relies on other transporters to ship the vehicle. Our car was to be picked up on Friday and be in Florida by Monday, Friday night my husband got a call from the driver saying he could not pickup the car until Saturday. Saturday we were on the road thinking all was well with our car and we would see it in Florida on Monday. Well to our surprise we started getting calls from the driver he could not bring his truck into our neighborhood, he got lost, finally my husband told him to park the truck, call a cab and pickup the car. That worked, car was on it ways for Monday or so we thought. Tuesday our car arrives in Florida and we get a call from the driver, he was on the turnpike ready to deliver our car, but it was going to be $600 + the fee for the cab. We had a problem with that, so I quick called Jody, left a message and he was back with me in ten minutes. I explained our problem and he told me he would be right back with me and that it would be resolved. He called me back told us to give the driver the balance we were quoted in the beginning and do not pay for the cab. Our car was at our front door within minutes...amazing. Jody is our hero and we would use him again because we know he stands behind his quote. Thank you Jody for turning a bad experience into a good one.
