Communication, Ccommunication. Yes the car was picked up, just 4 hours late. I had to hound the driver about his whereabouts. Naturally his estimated arrival was not even close but who cares that you take a morning off to wait and the morning ends up a day. The delivery was more of the same. We called and were given an arrival time. Naturally that also was 4-5 hours late, but no communication from the driver. Our calls to him were answered with that he would be there in a hour, was more like 3 hours. Guess that KJ Falcon is not going to refund the cost of concert tickets purchased and not used? The car arrived without damage but in any business communication is key. The lack of honest communication seems to be an industry standard from all the reviews.
