Did not contact KJ directly but went through a broker instead. Quote for moving my car from CA to VA was reasonable. Plus the fact that the broker's review (Montway Auto Trns) was good in general ... so I went with them. Had I know they will be contracting with KJ I would have not made the selection. First came the notification that it will cost me $60 more because KJ, who will take this job within the 2-wks time frame I gave Montway will not take the job for less. Second come the extortion from KJ Falcon Log, who wanted another $50 since my car was "loaded" with stuff. Response I got from the broker was that I better pay if I want my car delivered. On top of that the dispatcher was very rude and un-professional.
