This review reflects both times I used KJ Falcon for moving a vehicle from CA to MD. Both times they were the carrier which the broker I contacted chose to use. The first time they picked up on time and delivered VERY early; just 2 days after pickup which was 5 days early. Unfortunately, I got the bad luck of a vehicle above mine dropping gas or oil on my car during transport. It took months and many many calls and many emails to get the reimbursement for an exterior detail to remove the paint stains. The second time I moved a vehicle I wasn't as unlucky. Mike the Russian delivered the second car and sent pictures of the car part way through the transport. He even unloaded the car near by and drove it to the delivery location. The truth of auto transport is that there are too many variables to guarantee a cheap and flawless transport. All cars get dirty and could get affected by other vehicles or road debris if it is an open carrier. KJ Falcon has good drivers but slow administration. Use them with confidence if you want a quick delivery.
