My car was damaged BADLY!!

My car was supposed to be in Michigan on July 8th.

They told me it would take 10 days for my car to reach me, but it took 18 days.
I couldn't reach June(who I wrote a contract with), he never called back and NOBODY let me know where my car was, they didn't even tell me my car was shipped or not and said "June is the only one that knows and controls this situation." again and again.
Even though their customer service was horrible, my only hope was I could see my car again without any damages.

BUT,
My car was damaged badly.
I saw something beneath my car,it was my CAR FRAME!!!! I'm really shocked!! The Frame under the car was almost torn apart. How could this happen to my car? It's a brand new one and was checked just before the date they had picked it up!!!

I called K-1 auto carrier, BUT of course, I couldn't reach the person whose name is "June". Now I doubt June is alive or not. Is June a real person?
Anyways, I explained the condition of my car, and the person who received my phone call said " send the pictures of the damaged part."

I have sent the pictures and have been waiting for K-1 auto carrier's call.
I hope they could solve this case ASAP.
