Promised a Friday [called Wednesday night wanting to pickup car on Thursday morning as they were running ahead of schedule]-worked with them to have it ready by Thursday evening -never called back] pickup and Tuesday delivery. Friday came and went-promised Sunday pickup -waited all day-Monday promised came and went-called to cancel-and JR was mad at us-NEVER AGAIN-drove the damn car myself.
