My mother-in-law called and got a quote of $1600. The next day I called and got a quote of $1900 for the same job. When I mentioned the earlier quote, they dropped the price. Found out later they and posted the job and were only offering $800 for the driver! That's a mighty hefty profit for them, compared to other companies. We'd already had trouble finding a driver at $1200, so this would not have helped. Also wanted cash payment, very difficult for me to do from Oregon and I didn't like the idea of having no recourse for a refund. Ended up going with another company
