G & L ENTERPRISE LLC broker set me up with this company. I was uneasy when a saw only several reviews and some of them were very negative ones. My first and second call didn’t help much since dispatcher(s) did not know anything (as they told me) about my car status 1 day after it was picked up, especially since my order was placed through the broker. (Per my understanding it could be a better situation if you place your order direct).
Fortunately at my third call (1 day & weekend after car was picked up) I got a very polite person who gave me information I was looking for. After a day or so I set my meeting with the driver at the shopping mall parking lot where he unloaded my vehicle and we went through receiving inspection procedure.

Overall experience is positive since the car wasn’t damaged, delivered pretty quick and driver Gary responded back every time I called him. Thank you Gary!
