Contacted JR's, on behalf of my parents, after recommended by one of the five star companies. Company was great! Nicki was wonderful to work with. She kept my parents informed as to timeframe for pickup and driver contacted once in area. Car picked up in NY as scheduled and delivered in FL as scheduled. Parents were thrilled at great experience!
