As the broker, Louis of Jet Transport did an excellent job. He had contacted Roll Over Transport in Spokane Valley, WA as my carrier. My first encounter with them was NOT very gratifying. They failed to meet the scheduled pickup dates twice, and failed to communicate with me at all, HOWEVER, when I contacted Louis about the problems he IMMEDIATELY took charge of the situation, contacted the carrier and rectified the situation in a couple of days. I did get a call from the carrier, with continous contact from pickup to delivery after that.

Louis is very committed to providing excellent customer service, which he did! I was totally impressed with the service overall.
