I am sorry that my customer had experienced a delay on the delivery of her vehicle. The procedures at Jet Auto Transport as a broker is to locate a auto transport agency within the network of all the companies. When an agency “car carrier company” calls upon one of our vehicles and request transport, the first thing we do, is to look at the recent ratings of the company that brokers and carriers exchanges after using them and then is to get a certificate from the carriers insurance company.. We will only assign a relocation to a car transport company that has 95% or above ratings. Previous pickups or deliveries, mechanical failures, rode traffic and accidents are all things that can delay a scheduled pickup or delivery. In this case it was mechanical failure and the car arrived 3 days later than scheduled. My customer is stating that she paid the full price, but in fact she was discounted $100.00 from the balance due at delivery.Anyone using this site for retaliation or to tarnish the reputation of the company without explaining the real facts is using this site the wrong way for the wrong reasons and it is not acceptable.
