We were so glad that we chose Jay's Auto Transport to pick up and deliver our car from California to Michigan. Jay was very helpful at first contact. He anticipated my questions before I asked or even thought of. He even made a suggestion as to how we could save much money in the transport. He was more informative than others I talked to. Few days prior to shipping, we were contacted by a few transporters who tried to scare us that what was stated with Jay would never happen, we were not paying enough, etc. etc. Jay told me that this might happen, not to worry... We were extremely happy with the trucker that Jay contacted to move our car. UTF (Urban Tebbe) was the trucker. He was professional, confident that all would work out well and it did. We would recommend Jay's Auto Transport for anyone wanting this service and UTF. We will use them again, without going through the review process that we did this time.
