Hi Jay,
I want to send you a big thanks. It wasn’t because you walked me through it as if this was my first time, although it was. You were honest. You told me what to expect and that is exactly what happened. The only issue I had was when you said the contract price was at a great price. It was. But then you went the extra mile and were able to get an additional >10% off! That’s outrageous, unexpected, and appreciated. I researched your company and it is no wonder that you have been in business for so many years: customer first, make it simple, set expectations, then meet or Beat expectations. Well done. I called on Thursday. They picked the car up on Friday in the evening from Florida, then delivered the car to my driveway on Sunday in New Haven.
Much obliged for your help. The price was third lowest of the 12 quotes I received (even before you got it down further), but ur service and my experience was first place all the way.
