I had made a reservation and gotten a quote one month before my planned departure date, with Navy Auto Transport - a company which left me high and dry at the last minute! The day AFTER my car was supposed to leave, Jennifer at Navy was still giving me a run around about if and when my car was leaving.
I had plane reservations and my car NEEDED to get to FL ASAP. I called Jay and he saved the day by not only arranging a next day pick-up but by providing an amazing driver named Jessy to move my car.
I highly recommend Jay and advise everyone to AVOID Navy Auto Transport AT ALL COST! Jennifer finally admitted that she had recently started there and she had NO clue about what she was doing. Thank you, Jay for such excellent, reliable service!
