I have an A+ Rating with the BBB. I have a 5 out of 5 Star rating with this website. I NEVER DID BUSINESS WITH THIS JERK. EVER! HE NEVER MADE IT PAST THE FIRST CALL WITH MY COMPANY. When you deal with the general public - every once in a blue moon you will run into a complete and total jerk. I beg you to visit YouTube and search "TJ Brownfield". I can only say that he looks like the worst possible guy your daughter could bring home to Daddy on a first date. This guy hangs out on the internet all day - no visible means of employment - and he screws around with people for fun. He records it and then posts videos that have been doctored, manipulated and completely twisted. He makes up stories. Then he calls and asks for money in order to remove these videos. I call it extortion. I won't pay. I will suffer the reviews and the harassment and the nonsense because I'm 54 years old and I tell it like I see it. This guy is an ass. I refused to work with him.... this is what I get. Did he make me upset? Yes. Would I fight the guy? You can tell from this that I don't take any crap from anyone... including a truck driver who may try to pull a scam with your car. I don't take crap from anyone. Look at Timothy (TJ) Brownfield in the video. He looks like an ex-con... a member of Isis! What a loser. Avoid Timothy J. Brownfield or he will screw with your company too. I wish I recorded the whole conversation. Something to consider in the future when you deal with the general public. NOTE: This guy is married to a Lt. Col. in our United States Air Force (Jenny M Hanson Brownfield). I only mention this because when I take one look at this guy (he's so weird looking).. it makes me wonder what other decisions his wife makes as a leader of our troops... hmmmmmmm ??? Fair question right?
